I've gotten a few people requesting I try and find a way to reduce the prominence of lines, and got a large number of great ideas and helpful (ahem...ahem!!) tutorials. There. I said it. I actually looked at tutorials given to me.
Not that I followed any of them. Pshaw, I'll do it my way thank you very much.
Seems the gist of what they wanted was a way to blend the colors into the lines. Well gee, delete all white on lines layer, separate base colors, merge colors into single layer, Filter - Blur - Film Blur, group blurred merge layer into the separated lines layer, HOLY COW PIES BATMAN IT WORKED!
Really liked the mood this one could establish. I've got a weak spot in my heart for glowy shiny things, so I really had (perhaps way too?) much fun getting this one together.
