I was able to sneak some time in this week to work on this puppy. Well, puppy's not quite the right word for it. However, I've been out of town for work, staying at my parents' place as they live close to the workplace, and brought my laptop/tablet to get some of my commissions out of the way.

Unfortunately, the night I arrived, my mother was rushed to the hospital for extremely (extremely!) painful headaches for some further evaluation. She's been going through a lot of pain with her eye and this week it took a very sudden turn for the worse. So I'm going to be hanging out here just a little while longer for her.

The good news is, nothing seems life threatening, but the tricky bit is that now her diagnosis is no longer 100% certain.

Anyways, on to this piece. I found some time last night to wrap up this one that I got flatted last weekend. While my mind's been in kind of a funk with my day job and mom suddenly being sent to the hospital, it fortunately remained clear enough to bring this piece to fruition.
