Even though I'm on a week off from work, that doesn't mean I'm going to take a week off of coloring. This is the second addition to the GOA Character Bible for ~JustArt27.

Two anthro's in a row, too. Man. *punkerfox better be givin' me some props for totally breaking the norm in a way that effectively benefits him.

I think this looked better before it was coloured.

I always have trouble colouring works like this where the lineart is in soft pencil, but so far, I've never been able to figure out exactly what the problem is.... So I can't really say WHY I think that. I just do. I'm interested to know what you think on the subject?

I've always preferred my images to be inked and clean with definitive black and white lines, but I still try to handle penciled works every now and then to keep my style dynamic. What makes pencils more difficult, though, is that you cannot depend as much on the lines to convey the image with the color, but the lines also aren't totally there. So a lot of times, the color needs to be improvised in a way to darken those edges where pencils aren't showing as prominently. Since this image is supposed to be bright, it's a bit tough to do that.

This one needed to be colored though for a collection we're doing. And we were under some deadlines for, fair assessment, thanks a lot for your input! :)
