Science H. Logic, this is definitely THE MOST ostentaciously ambitious coloring project I have ever taken on. Let's just hope that you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.
Well.
Let's hope you guys enjoy it exponentially more than I did making it; wouldn't want to wish ill upon ya.
*windriderx23 approached me with a new project idea. He handed me three sets of lines, and then a painting. Basically, the gameplan was "take these lines, make it look like this painting." The objectives were to establish form, structure, and a consistent tone throughout the entirety of the figure...and for the end product to have NO LINEWORK visible at the end. So here it is. A coloring project so immense, I could've done half of *windriderx23's gallery in the time it took to make, but something that hopefully becomes one of the strongest pieces in both his and my gallery.
Oh, and it gets better. I'm doing the same treatment to the whole cast in the story.
FANTASTIC!

But seriously, Jamie, I really do enjoy working on these lines. Any other reason why somebody would go through all that work in their free time? Keep 'em comin', I'm ready for the next set.

I'd say this is some of your best work yet. Nice job.

Every year approximately 2,500 left-handed people are killed by using objects or machinery designed for right-handed people. Just what are the scientific and engineering communities going to do about this?
Indeed. It was what I wanted the whole of the image to be centered around. I was intending for more prominence in the sword than the character herself.
That's a really interesting idea to go about doing a project, actually. I like the results - very smooth look, nice balance of colors, and the brightness just works. Can't wait to see more!
