Oh hey! An image I totally forgot to upload!

So yeah, I've been working a heck of a lot on this latest comic, and unfortunately, don't have a lot that I can post publicly for others to see. Some other commissions are slowly trickling in, but I won't be back to putting up a bunch of stuff consistently for at least another month.

Sit tight folks! Those of you hanging out in the streams will see that what I'm working on is coming together beautifully, and I simply cannot WAIT to plug it to death when the time is right.

Ah, so this one here.

I've been wanting to do a Dr. Who piece for a very long time. The idea has been teased several times before with several different artists in the past, but finally, *cbei is the first to deliver. I really love how this one came together, but having that low-facing angle really gave me a lot of ability to push that sky into really wrapping around and sucking in the viewer. Those rays of light poking through the clouds also came out much better than I could've hoped, too!

Anywho, awesome work to *cbei on the lineart, and much thanks to him for selecting (I should say honoring) me to tackle the color phase. And to his credit, he even took the colors I handed him and took it upon himself to make changes and fixes that really helped the image. Considering how slammed I am with this comic project and what few commissions I can actually sneak in, it's sobering to see a line artist who also knows how to paint, and will take the initiative to donate a bit of his own time to improving an image when my own time has become a bit of a rarity.

So *cbei is owed quite a bit on this, which makes me feel ever so blessed.
